A friend (Hi, Loretta) took these photos on Tuesday morning before the snow got really thick.

She's gorgeous! Does the snow make her skittish?

And look at all that snow - proper snow, not the feeble layer we had.

(love the wellies too:-)

Lane, that was just the first fall. You should've seen it a few hours later.
Tessa B loves it. In the photo of her on her own she was scrambling down from trying to get into the field above to play snowballs with the donkeys.

I like 'me' wellies as well.

Oooh snow; I am dreaming.

Oh bless her! She looks so beautiful.

We haven't had any snow, only rain and wind, which is typical.

Oh, that looks lovely. Tessa B seems completely unfazed by the snow - more so than most humans.

Hi pat! Glad to see that Tessa Buttons is enjoying the snow and looks fully recovered from her op!
My Tessie can hardly see over the eight inches of snow we have had but she very gamely jumps over it and insists on the usual walks. Keep warm.

We're also a snow free zone. No fair but it looks like Tessa B is having a blast!

How lovely - does she like the snow? Moll's only seen it once and when she discovered it was wet she was put off straight away!

I'm jealous! We've only gotten a dusting of snow here in Nebraska and it was pretty much gone the next day. I hope we get some soon!

BTW - thanks for the tip about the magazine, NEW LOVE STORIES. I sent my story to them. :-)

OMG - snow up the hill! Hope you guys have lots of supplies. Is the car parked down the bottom? If not Tessa B might have to play Rudolph!!!

OMG Pat!! Did you get that additional 5" on top of that lot?? It's been years since I've seen snow - this brings back lots of nostalgic memories!!!

Hi, Everybody
Thank you all for visiting in my absence!
That walk I mentioned in comments of last post - the one where I dragged my war cupboard supplies up the icy hill in bin bags. Well, I think that's wot went and did it!
On Friday I woke up aches and pains everywhere, high temp, coughing (OK that might have been the tea leaves I tried smoking!) and just ill. So yuck.
I stayed in bed 3 days!! And didn't read 1 book, didn't eat anything - drank bottles of organic blackcurrant cordial then crawled out of bed yesterday, Monday, to go to Dr's. But Dr came here instead. And I've got bronchitis.
I can't play out until Thursday. Hmm. Will be stir crazy by then.
So I hope all of you are blogging so I'll be able to visit...
I'm teaching Tessa B how to read so she doesn't get too bored
